Returns, Replacements, and Sizing Policy
In the unlikely event that your order displays any defects in materials or workmanship, we offer a straightforward returns and replacements process. You may return the item in pristine, unused condition, within its original packaging, for a swift exchange for the same product. Our meticulous quality control includes photographing each item before shipping to ensure its excellence.
Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they exhibit flaws in materials or workmanship. Unfortunately, this policy does not extend to instances of customer input errors. We recommend inspecting your items upon delivery to confirm their defect-free status.
Requests for exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving your order, based on the order tracking delivery date. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To enhance your ordering experience, we kindly ask you to review spellings, dates, and names meticulously before finalizing your order. Regarding personalized items, we process the text exactly as received, without assumptions.
While we encourage individual expression, it’s important to note that Think Custom retains the right to cancel orders at our discretion.
Sizing Refunds: If you’re unfamiliar with our brand’s sizing, we advise comparing measurements with an item from your current wardrobe. Regrettably, we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to sizing issues.
Cancellation: Our rapid turnaround times mean we cannot accommodate order cancellations once placed.
